At Elevated Grains it all starts with the flour. Our breads and pastries are made with flour imported from Poland. Not only does this flour offer the perfect base for making authentic European products, but it’s also not as tough on the gut–at least from our personal experience. We also choose pure ingredients. And stay away from GMOs whenever possible. We use organic eggs, milk, sugar, and fruit. After all, you are what you eat, and when you indulge in one of our thoughtfully baked goods, we want you to feel good afterwards.
